Returns Policy

At DAEVEN, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we follow a No Refund Policy.


No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on any products once the order is placed and delivered.
  • All purchases made on www.daeven.in are final and non-refundable.

Replacement Policy (If Applicable)

We only provide a replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product

Conditions for Replacement

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear photo/video proof is required

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Minor packaging damage (without product damage)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

Important Note

As our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
